We want you to be confident when subscribing to Referrali. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid subscriptions.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
New paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, Enterprise) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of the first payment, provided the account has not been used in bad faith (e.g. mass abuse, chargeback fraud).
2. Monthly subscriptions
After the 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.
3. Annual subscriptions
After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time from your billing dashboard.
4. Upgrades, downgrades & proration
Plan upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund unused time on a downgrade.
5. Service-level issues
If a sustained outage or material defect prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, contact us within 30 days and we will evaluate a pro-rated credit or refund in good faith.
6. Taxes & fees
Where a refund is issued, any taxes collected (e.g. VAT) will be refunded in line with applicable law. Bank or currency conversion fees charged by your provider are not refundable by us.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@referrali.com from the email address on file, with your account name and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via our payment provider Paddle.
8. Free trial & demo accounts
Free trial and demo accounts are not charged and therefore not eligible for a refund.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
